Refund request will be approved under the following circumstances:

1. RecoveryFox AI not working as intended with no solution provided.

2. You bought the wrong product but then ordered the correct one from WonderFox.

3. You were charged incorrectly, like having duplicate items in your checkout.

Refund requests will be rejected under the following circumstances:

1. Refund requested beyond the acceptable timeframe.

2. Refund requests resulting from technical issues where the customer refuses to cooperate with our support team.

3. Refund requests based on the non-receipt of the Registration Code.
