WonderFox Soft (“WonderFox”, “we”, “us”, “our”) values customer (“you” or “your”) satisfaction and works hard to provide an enjoyable experience using our Product. To ensure this, we offer a money-back guarantee.

Our product (RecoveryFox) offers an unregistered version with the Preview-Before-Recovery capability available. So you can preview files before initiating the recovery process. Please note, however, that not all file types are currently supported in the preview window. While some files may not be available for preview, they can still be recovered. We are continuously updating and enhancing our software to deliver a more seamless and intelligent recovery experience.

You are also advised to carefully read the Tech Specs of our Products before making the purchase. This refund policy is only applicable on the first purchase of any WonderFox Product and not on subsequent renewals. If a purchase should exceed the product's specified money-back guarantee period, no refund will be given.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to claim a refund for an Annual Subscription or Lifetime License and 7 days in case of a monthly subscription. Post the period stated herein, it becomes non-refundable. To place a refund request for an order placed with us, you would need to contact our Support via email at support[at]wonderfoxrecovery.com.

Before contacting WonderFox to request a refund, you may need to check whether your order is eligible for a refund.

❌ Refund cannot be claimed under the following conditions:

1. Non-Technical Conditions

• Refund request submitted after the thirty (30) days/seven (7) days period from the purchase date.

• The product suggestion can’t be met. It is highly recommended that every customer read the product description and try the unregistered version before making the final purchase.

• Refund request submitted after the product has been used and successfully performed its intended tasks.

• Refund request will not be entertained claiming the failure to receive the “Registration Code" within 2 hours of successful order placement. Ordinarily, once an order has been validated, WonderFox’s system will automatically send a registration email within 1 hour. However, sometimes the arrival of this email can be delayed due to internet or system glitches, email spam settings, email typos, etc. In this case, you should contact support@wonderfoxrecovery.com for support. All queries will be responded to within twenty-four (24) hours.

• An unauthorized payment was made due to credit card fraud or other reasons. WonderFox recommends you contact the card issuer if there is any suspicion of fraud or unauthorized payment.

• In the event that the product is a consumable item, such as points or credits, refunds will not be supported once such items have been consumed, notwithstanding that the item has not expired.

• Price differences due to different regions (or due to differences in exchange rates).

• The product is not purchased from wonderfoxrecovery.com directly. In this case, the customer needs to contact that store or partner for the refund request.

• Refund request for a part of a bundle.

• Refund request on "Special Offer."

• Refund request on renewals of subscriptions.

2. Technical Conditions

• The customer refuses to cooperate with WonderFox Technical Support to troubleshoot the problem OR declines to provide detailed description and information regarding the problem OR refuses to apply the solution provided by WonderFox Support Team.

• If minimum / required system requirements of the purchased Product are not met by the customer as citied in the Tech Specs.

✔️ Refund can be claimed under the following conditions:

1. Non-Technical Conditions

• Purchase of the wrong product, but you then placed the correct order from WonderFox.

• Purchase of the same product twice.

• Refund is only applicable on the first purchase of RecoveryFox AI or other WonderFox Software products and not on subsequent renewals.

• You don’t receive the registration email within 24 hours of purchase, failed to get it after contacting the RecoveryFox AI Support Team, and have not received a timely response (within 24 hours) from the Support Team after making contact.

2. Technical conditions

RecoveryFox AI is unable to perform the intended task, and no solution has been provided. WonderFox will refund the purchase price if you don't want to wait for a future upgrade.

Processing and Issuing of Refund

WonderFox will process the refund request within 2 business days. The refund would be made to the "same account/ payment method" that was used to make the purchase, and a request for a change in the refund payment mode will not be entertained. The selected product will be refunded in about 2 hours. The refund amount will be available in the customer's bank account after the refund is processed, depending on the issuing bank.
