Case 1: If you are unable to enter your registration code, it may be because the program has already been registered. To confirm this, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Double-click the RecoveryFox AI icon from your PC to launch it.
Step 2: Click the Triple bar button at the top of the RecoveryFox AI program and select About from the dropdown.
Step 3: A new window will appear, where you can see a message indicating if you are using unregistered version or your version of RecoveryFox AI is registered. If RecoveryFox AI displays “Registered”, there is no need, and you cannot enter your license again.
Case 2: If you receive a message indicating that your registration code is invalid, please try the following steps:
Step 1: Verify the Code’s Accuracy: Ensure that the registration code or license key has been entered correctly. Please copy and paste it directly from the email you received to prevent any typographical errors.
Step 2: Confirm the Code’s Validity: Please note that the validity period of your license key begins only upon activation. If it has expired, it will display as invalid.
